Taste the rosé wine from the property in the heart of the vineyards facing the mythical bay of Pampelonne.
The Eucalyptus wine estate is ideally located facing the sea on the bay of Pampelonne and on the family property of 8 hectares.
This vineyard enjoys crystalline grounds on a sandy soil under maritime influence.
The salty air gives the wine of this estate its mineral characteristics, powerful, iodized and harmonious at the same time.
The estate produces red and rosé Côtes de Provence AOP (Protected Designation of Origin) red and rosé wines and some “vins de pays du Var” with PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) in red, rosé and white.
By choosing the Grenache and Syrah grape varieties, Philippe and Florence wish to remain in harmony with the AOP Côtes de Provence terroir, to respect the typicality of the vineyard and the balance of the grape varieties.
For the “vins de pays” du Var with PGI , merlot, cabernet sauvignon, viognier blanc and sauvignon blanc grapes varieties have been chosen to respect the nature of the terroir.
Philippe works the vine using a sustainable cultivation method. This is a viticultural method which has been developing since the 1990s and which tends to use phytosanitary products for the treatment of the vine only when necessary. This method enables a significant reduction in the volume of phytosanitary products used.
All our production is brought to the cooperative cellar of Les Vignerons de Grimaud.
